You to choose from 5 different Optimization Settings that allow you to Optimize your Material for Best Yield or Fastest Cutting Time, XtremeCut also allows you to perform a unique optimization called Stock Length Stacking, with this setting you can set the optimizer to give you the best amount of stock lengths by stacking the material during cutting, this is often times done when cutting Cover Caps or Pressure Plates.

Current Optimizers only go so far to help you determine the exact material you need for a project and many times when the project is processed this number turns out to be wrong, XtremeCut will give you the best optimization and also let you manage your materials throughout the project to insure you get the most of your materials.

You can obtain an estimate on dollars per cut and dollars per material so it's ideal as a quick and accurate estimation tool. Cutting lists, nest images and costing reports can all be printed, as can material Utilization and Dimensioned Patterns. The Cut-to-Length option determines the optimum blank size to use for a particular list of rectangular parts that are to be cut from a stock length or range of lengths available from your manufacturer.
